Swiggy MIS Reconciliation Result

The software links the Swiggy report with the MIS system and records all the charges such as TDS, TCS, and Commission and also shows the total payments and expenses store-wise. This is a monthly report that displays the following column values based on each physical store.

 

Restaurant ID:

This is the specific Identifier no for each restaurant based on store and location. This ID is used to link to reports.

Transaction Month (Txn_month):

Shown here is the respective month of the transactions.

Sales as per Swiggy order report:

The total sales recorded as per the orders placed on Swiggy are shown here.

As shown in the columns above the software links the POS/MIS report with the Swiggy report and shows the summary of all the charges applied. It shows the total Commission, Merchant cancellation, call centre charges, collection charges and all the GST charges at the store level. This way restaurants will be able to view the final sum of every charge calculation at one place.

Buyer Cancellation

This shows the total amount on the orders that were placed and then cancelled by the buyer.

Refund to Customer

Shown here is the total amount that is refunded to the customer by Swiggy.

Sales as per Swiggy Order Report:

This column shows the total sale amount recorded by Swiggy.

Total Expenses:

Shown here is the total expenses amount to be incurred by the restaurant.

Calculated Swiggy Payable:

This amount is calculated by the software by subtracting the total expenses from the total sale amount. This is the total amount to be paid by Swiggy
